Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Memphis, TN

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join a highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm. This role offers meaningful case ownership, strong internal support, and a collaborative, results-driven environment-without billable-hour pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through trial
* Manage cases that may resolve in pre-litigation or proceed through litigation
* Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members
* Participate in team meetings and collaborate closely with colleagues
* Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
* Contribute to a positive, team-oriented firm culture

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
* Active bar license (TN or AR, or ability to become licensed)
* 3+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
* Litigation or trial experience a plus, but not required
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Self-starter who is reliable, engaged, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

* Pre-Litigation Track: $90k+ base salary + year-end bonus
