In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across our dealerships, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be vital in achieving our sales goals and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue growth. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up with prospects and clients. Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and product availability. Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Conduct training sessions for the sales team on best practices in upselling and customer engagement. Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
