- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify changes in condition, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and care plans.
- Accurately document patient information, including assessments, treatments, and responses, in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
- Adhere to established protocols, guidelines, and standards to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Stay current with the latest nursing practices, procedures, and regulations through continuing education and professional development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit, Telemetry, or similar setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NRP certification is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
