Account Manager
As An Account Manager for Mark Kotary State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:
- SELL, SELL, SELL- looking for a dynamic person who will be responsible for bringing in new business- Auto, Home, & Life!! No Service work but rather someone to hunt for NEW business!!
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- NYS P&C Agent License & NYS Life/Accident & Health License would be a PLUS
Benefits:
- Starting Pay based on Experience: $20-$25 per hour PLUS monthly commission potentially ranging from 10K-30K per year on top off base pay.
- After 2 years of service (fully vested after 2 years)- Retirement Plan with 3% match
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
