Speech Pathologist I (CCC-SLP): Pediatric, Per Diem, Atlantic Rehab Morristown

JOB DESCRIPTION Atlantic Health is seeking a fully licensed Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join our award‑winning Atlantic Rehabilitation team in Morristown. The role provides therapeutic services to young patients, including infants who require specialized feeding assistance. Hours will vary and may extend into the evening. RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose and evaluate speech and language skills in relation to educational, medical, social, and psychological factors. Plan, direct, or conduct habilitative and rehabilitative treatment programs to restore communicative efficiency of individuals with communication problems of organic and non‑organic etiology. Provide counseling, guidance, and language development therapy to disabled individuals. Review individual files to obtain background information prior to evaluation to determine appropriate tests and ensure sufficient information is available. Administer, score, and interpret specialized hearing and speech tests. Develop and implement individualized plans for assigned clients to meet their needs, interests, and abilities. Evaluate and monitor individuals, using audiovisual equipment, review treatment plans, and assess performance to modify or create new programs. Maintain records as required by law, establishment policy, and administrative regulations. Attend meetings, conferences, and other activities to promote professional growth. Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Required Graduate of an accredited SLP program or equivalent. Full license to practice Speech Pathology (CCC‑SLP). Preferred Outpatient pediatric experience. Experience in infant feeding.
