• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN FOR FIRST WEEK ON DAY SHIFT - Mon-Fri, 7 AM-4:30 PM

Job Overview
Join a rapidly expanding manufacturing team supporting the green energy sector! We are seeking experienced Weld Technicians to perform MIG welding and related fabrication tasks on mild steel and stainless steel. This role offers strong long-term growth potential, a climatecontrolled facility, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
• Prep and fabricate materials including tack welding, sanding, grinding, and layout work
• Inspect welded components to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain welding equipment and restock consumables as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-production environment

Required Skills

• Proficiency in welding processes: SAW, MIG, TIG, OxyAcetylene
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with large-diameter rolling and overhead crane operation
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
• Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing concepts

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
