We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven Agent Aspirant who wants to grow their insurance career, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in the sales and operations side of an agency.
What You’ll Do
Sell insurance products and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Develop relationships with current and prospective customers.
Follow up with leads, cross-sell, and identify additional customer needs.
Help customers review available products and coverage options.
Support marketing, community outreach, and agency growth initiatives.
Learn the sales, leadership, and operational skills involved in running an agency.
Requirements
Florida Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain.
Life & Health license required or ability to obtain.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Customer service, sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred.
