Base Pay $29.00 / Hour Employee Type Part Time Required Degree 4 Year Degree Description United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) is seeking a DSS Case Worker to provide direct and indirect services to individuals and families. Case management experience, preferably in residential programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness or with substance use and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and respond to urgent client needs. Support basic client needs, including nutrition, hygiene, and safety. Develop, monitor, and evaluate Independent Living Plans (ILPs) toward housing goals. Maintain client records.
