Bank Teller

What You’ll Do As a teller at Citizens Community Bank, you’ll be the welcoming face our customers see every day. You’ll play a key role in creating positive, efficient, and secure banking experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and professionalism. Delivering exceptional service to customers and resolving basic inquiries. Balancing cash drawers daily and maintaining proper cash levels. Recognizing opportunities to refer customers to other banking services. Protecting customer information and complying with all bank policies. Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Supporting branch promotions and community events as needed. Have at least 2 years of experience in the banking industry. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Are friendly, professional, and enjoy helping people. Communicate clearly and work well within a team. Are dependable, punctual, and eager to make a difference in the community. Have a strong attention to detail and can handle cash confidently.
