Chick-fil-A Southridge Center Job OpportunityChick-fil-A Southridge Center is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Back of House Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment while helping deliver exceptional food quality and service.Pay: Up to $17/hr based on availability, experience, and overall qualificationsResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A standardsMaintain food safety and sanitation proceduresWork efficiently during high-volume meal periodsEnsure food quality, accuracy, and presentation standards are metKeep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organizedSupport team members across multiple kitchen positionsContribute to a positive, team-oriented work environmentQualificationsNo experience requiredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnPositive and team-oriented attitudeReliable and dependableComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 40 lbsMust be at least 16 years oldMust be available to work Fridays and SaturdaysMust be authorized to work in the United States
