We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, PA. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for reporting patient changes and concerns to the nurse or other healthcare professionals. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide vital sign checks and report any changes to the nurse or other healthcare professionals
Assist with feeding, mobility, and ambulation
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
