Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected. Recommended skills include acute care experience, strong teamwork, and effective communication. Familiarity with infection prevention, quality assurance, and critical care protocols is helpful.
