We are seeking a reliable and motivated Painter to join our team. This position involves working Monday through Friday on residential repaint projects. We provide on-site training, so prior experience is not required; however, candidates must be punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential properties
- Remove wallpaper and prepare surfaces for painting
- Power wash surfaces as needed
- Stain decks and complete finishing work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required (on-site training provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the trades is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
