Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the best!To create exceptional experiences by building value-driven communities that enrich lives.To create:Quality housing for residentsMeaningful careers for our associatesStrong partnerships with our service providersCommunities that consistently deliver exceptional experiencesAt Wendover, we believe by providing quality, value driven housing that is well-managed and maintained, we can make a positive impact in the lives of people and in the communities we serve.We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our communities, Berkeley Landing – a 112-unit multifamily community located in Riviera Beach, FL.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildingsYou will remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily and from trash chutes to compactor daily or more.You will prepare the make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments, prior to make-ready.Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.Clean available apartments and or models.Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including HVAC.Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Property Manager.Meticulously maintain the curb appeal of the community.Assist office personnel with other various tasks required.Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc.Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shop.Report to the Property Manager.***This job description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks.
