Curriculum Developer

As the intellectual architect of MFL's learning programs, the full-time remote Curriculum Developer will generate substantive training content, structure cohesive training programs, and produce comprehensive learning materials for attorneys and paralegals across various legal practice areas. Key responsibilities Research, write, and structure training content, ensuring clarity and accessibility for practitioners at varying experience levels Design the structure and learning objectives of multi-module training programs, applying adult learning principles to drive competency development Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and maintain existing training materials in line with legal updates and best practices Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional content design, with a proven ability to produce high-quality written content Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks Experience in conducting needs analyses and developing measurable learning objectives Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously Comfort in working with subject matter experts to synthesize complex information into learning content
