Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a confident and motivated Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

In this role, you will help prepare and support customer service team members by providing practical training, coaching, and ongoing guidance. You will play an important part in ensuring employees have the communication skills, product knowledge, and confidence necessary to provide a consistently high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing customer service team members.
• Introduce employees to company procedures, service standards, and customer communication practices.
• Coach team members on effective communication, problem-solving, and customer interaction techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for individual development.
• Support new hires throughout their onboarding and initial training period.
• Monitor training progress and help reinforce key skills through practical exercises and coaching.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment.
• Stay familiar with company processes and service expectations to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
