You'll be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life through compelling visual design across digital and traditional channels. What You'll Do Website & Landing Page Design Design high-converting landing pages that drive measurable results Create responsive website layouts with excellent user experience Develop wireframes and mockups for client web projects Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation Branding & Identity Develop comprehensive brand identities from concept to completion Create brand guidelines and style guides for consistent application Design logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand assets Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints Digital Advertising Creative Design compelling ad creatives for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing and optimization Develop display ads, social media graphics, and video thumbnails Ensure all ads align with platform specifications and best practices Content Creation & Production Generate original visual content using AI tools and traditional design methods Create infographics, social media assets, and marketing collateral Develop presentation templates and sales materials Produce print materials including brochures, business cards, and signage What You Bring Technical Expertise Figma : Advanced proficiency for UI/UX design, prototyping, and client collaboration Adobe Creative Suite : Expert-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Generative AI Tools : Experience with Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred Understanding of design for digital marketing platforms Core Competencies 3+ years of professional graphic design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, branding, and advertising work Understanding of conversion-focused design principles Knowledge of current design trends and digital marketing best practices Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining design consistency Ability to take creative direction and iterate based on feedback Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration Strong project management abilities with attention to deadlines Adaptability to work across various industries and brand styles Proactive problem-solver with creative thinking abilities Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition What We Offer Compensation Package Salary Range : $55,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to client success metrics Paid time off and flexible work arrangements Professional Growth Opportunity to work with diverse, high-growth clients Access to professional development and industry certifications Collaborative environment with senior designers and strategists Clear path for advancement within growing agency Latest design software and technology resources Work Environment Modern office in the heart of Boca Raton Creative, collaborative team culture Regular team events and professional development opportunities Application Requirements Please submit the following: Portfolio : Showcase your best work across web design, branding, and digital advertising Resume : Highlighting relevant experience and technical skills Cover Letter : Brief note about why you're excited about this role and 561 Media Portfolio Must Include: At least 3 website or landing page designs 2-3 complete branding projects Selection of digital ad creatives Examples of AI-generated content (if applicable) Next Steps We review applications on a rolling basis and typically respond within 3-5 business days.
