Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students’ communication and language development. A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to cover a leave of absence, beginning as soon as possible. This opportunity requires working three days a week, from 8:00 am to 2:45 pm, with additional attendance at IEP meetings as required. You’ll collaborate with school staff and families to provide essential speech and language services to students in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of the IEP process and documentation
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of diverse learners
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning and supporting student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Conduct individual and small group therapy sessions in accordance with student IEPs
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
