Senior Associate – Transaction Advisory Services A well‑established advisory firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Advisory Services team. This role supports a wide range of clients—including private equity groups, family offices, lenders, and corporations—by delivering high‑quality financial due diligence and insights that drive informed investment decisions. About the Role As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in both buy‑side and sell‑side engagements, performing deep financial analysis, preparing diligence reports, and collaborating closely with engagement leaders throughout each project lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities Financial due diligence - Support buy‑side and sell‑side engagements across diverse industries and client types. Quality of Earnings analysis - Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and operating cash flows; reconcile financial data; maintain and monitor data rooms. Operational analysis - Evaluate target company operations to quantify impacts on valuation and help stakeholders understand business performance. Project communication - Work closely with engagement leads to ensure smooth execution throughout the diligence process. Cross‑functional collaboration - Partner with other advisory divisions as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA license preferred 2+ years of Big 4, public accounting, or transaction advisory Strong analytical and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Naturally curious about transactions, industries, and business dynamics Hybrid role based in Denver or Chicago or Dallas Occasional travel (up to 10%) Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr Accurate Personnel
