Required: Low risk pregnancy FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation Routine delivery Vaginal Low forceps Decision-making for c-section Complicated delivery C-section Breech Multiple births Abruptions VBAC's Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
Preferred: High risk pregnancy Level I/Screening (viability) Level II/Targeted (anatomic)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: BC Licenses: CA license or IMLC Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Clean NPDB report No malpractice cases in the last 10 years
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide on-call coverage for obstetrical and gynecological emergencies. Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries as needed. Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring and manage labor. Provide surgical gynecological procedures as required. Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure patient care.
