Hemodialysis RN Career Opportunity Encompass Health seeks a Hemodialysis RN to provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, supervise treatments, conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and educate nursing staff on dialysis standards of care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis. Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery. Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and standards of care. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within 1 year of hire. CRRN certification preferred (training available). Minimum 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
