Maintain an organized, efficient, and sanitary workspace. Manage inventory and communicate supply needs proactively. Uphold presentation and service standards for every seating. Qualifications Proven experience as a sushi chef in fine dining or fastpaced settings. Skilled at managing workflow and accommodating guest requests.
