Workers' Compensation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to): Complete Client intake. File documents with the North Carolina Compensation Commission. Complete research to obtain documentation regarding prior work, medical records, and outside injuries. Submit client mileage, prescription, and any other reimbursements. Monitor treatment. Collect, review, and maintain medical records and bills. Communicate with Insurance Companies. Communicate with clients and provide status updates. Prepare exhibits for hearings Obtaining and organizing documentation required at different stages of the case Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the firm’s structure. Be a self-starter and have the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once. Monitor cases on a regular basis and complete tasks appropriate to the stage of the case. Qualifications and Skills Must have at least 2-3 years of workers compensation paralegal experience Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver results, and maintain quality while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
