Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license in hand at profile upload. Compact license accepted where applicable, but NH license must be provided.
Minimum 2+ years of current Physical Therapist experience. No new graduates.
Oncology Physical Therapy experience required. This is an oncology PT position and oncology caseload experience is mandatory.
Outpatient orthopedics experience required.
Experience with EPIC and Expro required.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
Previous travel experience highly preferred.
Traveler must have own vehicle for this assignment.
Perm (permanent) address must be included in traveler profile at time of submission.
Profile must include cover page (if available), complete work history, and a skills checklist current within one year pertinent to Physical Therapy.
All requested return-to-office/time-off (RTO) must be included in profile upload. No more than five days RTO will be accepted; requests after upload will not be approved.
Facility will not approve scheduling requests after offer. All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission.
Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
Preferred: device-specific training and prior competency with standard PT modalities (e-stim, ultrasound) noted in profile.

Assignment Details

Facility type: Hospital outpatient rehabilitation clinic.
Shift: Days. 40-hour guarantee.
Typical patient day: 60-minute evaluations; treatment sessions 30–45 minutes. Typical load includes about 2–3 evaluations and multiple 30-minute treatments.
Caseload: Adult-focused oncology population; therapists may treat across the cancer continuum including rehabilitation, survivorship, and palliative care.
Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color or business casual; no open toe/back shoes; no leggings or crop tops.
Orientation: Non-billable orientation may apply.
