Technical Program Manager - Power Platform (Business Enablement)

Job Title: Technical Program Manager – Microsoft Power Platform (Business Enablement) Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite – 3 days/week, Local candidates only) Client / Job Type & Length: State of Virginia | Contract – Long Term Interview Type: In-Person Only Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) to support business enablement initiatives for State Government . This role will lead program delivery, drive adoption of low‑code solutions, and ensure governance and best practices across the platform. Key Responsibilities Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of Power Platform initiatives Lead and support adoption of Power Apps and Power Automate across business teams Provide hands‑on assistance with troubleshooting and development of simple Canvas Apps and flows Establish governance, standards, and lifecycle processes for low‑code solutions Conduct training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs for business users Communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership Oversee solution delivery ensuring compliance, security, and alignment with IT policies Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders Lead and mentor team members, including analysts and cross‑functional resources Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Ownership, or Application Delivery Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) Ability to build or troubleshoot basic Canvas Apps and workflows Experience in governance, application lifecycle management, and best practices Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI and Dataverse Power Platform or Azure certifications Experience with low‑code/no‑code governance (CoE) Background in training, adoption, or change management Public sector or transportation industry experience Additional Notes Candidates must be local to Richmond, VA (address verification required) Onsite presence is mandatory (no remote option) Candidate must be physically located in the U.S. throughout the assignment Parking will need to be arranged by the contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr Krehsst Tech Solutions
