About Us:
Rejoni, Inc. is a privately held, pre-commercial women's health company in Burlington, MA, founded in 2020 and dedicated to protecting, preserving, and healing the uterus. Our lead product, the Juveena® Hydrogel System is indicated for use in adult women to reduce the incidence and severity of intrauterine adhesion formation following hysteroscopic adhesiolysis for symptomatic moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions. As we prepare for U.S. market entry, we are building a focused commercial team to bring Juveena to the minimally invasive gynecology community.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Accounting, with a dotted line to the VP of Sales, the Manager, Sales Analytics will lead the analytics, forecasting, KPI, and systems frameworks that drive Rejoni's commercial performance. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Commercial Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Analytics & Forecasting

• Define, track, and report core commercial KPIs (sales performance, pipeline, account growth, field productivity)
• Build dashboards and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews
• Analyze sales, account, and market data and turn findings into actionable recommendations
• Lead sales forecasting and support demand planning and go-to-market strategy

CRM & Business Systems

• Implement and own the CRM, including integrating market access data and setting data governance standards
• Improve integration and data flow between the CRM, NetSuite, Datarails, and AcuityMD
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, and pilot practical AI use cases in commercial operations

Revenue Enablement

• Calculate commissions and incentive compensation with Finance, reconcile payouts, and resolve rep inquiries
• Support incentive plan design, quota setting, and territory alignment
• Provide analytics for sales planning, segmentation, and pricing strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as liaison between Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations
• Drive adoption of the CRM and analytics tools through training and documentation
• Support contract review and process needs as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years in commercial operations, sales analytics, BI, or sales enablement, preferably in MedTech or life sciences
• Proven experience building KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and forecasts
• Experience administering commissions and incentive compensation, including quotas and territories
• Proficiency in CRM and BI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI), Excel, and SQL, working with large multi-source datasets
• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for analysis or automation
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex insights clearly
