Day shifts, evening shifts, and overnight shifts are available! Hourly rate starts at $19.50-$20.50 depending on MAP certification PLUS $1/hour weekend differential. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist individuals in creating meaningful opportunities to fully participate in the running of their home and to become fully immersed in the communities in which they live. Ensure that the day‑to‑day operations of the residential home reflect an environment that values respect, dignity, and privacy. Recognize the unique gifts, preferences, and needs of each person supported. Partner with individuals in making informed decisions and everyday choices about their finances, well‑being, relationships, and employment. Assist all individuals with their daily needs and ensure that all activities are reflective of their choices. A full job description is available upon interview. Qualifications And Requirements 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license. Authorized to work in the US. Once hired, must attend LifeStream orientation and training. Access to a vehicle.
