Description
A full-service public accounting and advisory firm in the San Diego, CA region is seeking a professional to manage complex tax engagements.
This full-time position involves delivering high-quality compliance and consulting work, collaborating with experienced professionals, and working with a diverse middle-market client base.
The role requires proficiency in a generic accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex business, individual, and trust tax returns
Support the completion of tax engagements from planning through final delivery
Coordinate work between domestic and offshore teams to maintain consistency and meet deadlines
Conduct tax research and assist with planning strategies for clients
Communicate with clients regarding information requests and basic tax-related questions

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
Active CPA license strongly preferred or EA
2-8 years of progressive public accounting tax experience
Strong experience with business and individual taxation, including multi-state filings
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
