Requirements

• Required certification: Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience (may consider 1+ year with Level I or Level II trauma experience) 2. Cases: Vascular Interventional procedures including abdominal aortograms with runoff, fistulagrams, carotid angios, EVARs; average 20 patients per day 3. Certifications: ARRT VI, BLS required; graduate of accredited radiography program required 4. License: Ohio Department of Health radiologic license required (pending accepted, 24-48 hours to obtain) 5. Education: High school diploma/GED; graduate of an accredited radiography program 6. EMR: Epic/CareConnect EMR 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8's Day Shift (0645-1515), every other holiday; split 1/4 of monthly call hours; rotate every 4 weekends 8. RTO: No more than 5 days of RTO approved 9. Returning Staff: If worked at OhioHealth facility as staff, must be gone 366 days prior to being considered as traveler; PRN cannot work both positions 10. Travel/Local: Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 11. Background: Must note any background hits on profile and submission 12. Modules: 12 hours average, completed pre-start, non-billable, factored in NBO, recorded by manager in Kronos 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Surgical scrubs provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Philips Epiq 7G, Parks Flo-Lab 2100SX, PenVasc reporting software; fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound equipment Critical: Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing. More than one call off or NCNS is grounds for termination.
