Analyst, Caribbean and Central America Pricing

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute revenue‑maximizing pricing strategies across an assigned U.S. –Caribbean/Central American scope. The successful candidate will analyze key performance indicators, determine fare structures, define pricing segmentation, and shape competitive strategy. This role partners closely with inventory management, network planning, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with divisional and corporate priorities. Position Responsibilities Quickly analyze large datasets, clearly summarize insights, and effectively communicate conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven peer leadership. Apply prior analytical experience to independently manage complex, high‑visibility market scopes or strategic projects. Identify and assess market trends and issues; determine appropriate pricing actions; file those actions accurately; and perform post‑implementation audits to evaluate effectiveness. Work collaboratively and efficiently in a time‑sensitive, team‑oriented, and results‑driven environment with minimal supervision. Leverage advanced technical skills and subject matter expertise to support pricing strategy development. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Set priorities in a time‑sensitive environment based on revenue impact and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. Show a high degree of initiative and drive. Have a record of satisfactory performance in current role. Prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embrace diverse people, perspectives, and working styles. Hold a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Experience in related field preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required; experience with Hyperion/Brio, SAS, Tableau, and Diio considered a plus.
