Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Lube Technician to join our team here at Ramsey Car Wash's Lube Service. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with vehicles, and is committed to providing excellent service to every customer. As a Lube Technician, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while working efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and lubrication services

Replace oil filters, air filters, and other basic maintenance components

Check and top off vehicle fluids

Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components

Perform basic vehicle safety and maintenance inspections

Rotate and check tire pressure as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations

Communicate vehicle maintenance needs and recommendations to customers and/or service advisors

Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment

Complete all work accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems

Valid driver's license

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Ability to lift and move automotive components and equipment

Strong attention to detail

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills
