Your efforts in executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world. What’s in it for you? Responsibilities Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place products on the floor. Stock and pack out products to help ensure shoppers find what they need. Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best. Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store. Install and place promotional materials per instructions to ensure our clients’ products stand out. Build displays to showcase client products as needed. Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions within Premium’s field technology on a mobile device while completing work. Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success. Represent Premium and Premium clients in assigned Walmart store(s). Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done. Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone, and text. Success Criteria Own your store(s). You will be the face of Premium as you visit Walmart on behalf of our clients. Enjoy working independently while being an extension of the Walmart family. Effectively communicate with store associates, managers, and Premium team members. Leverage support and share best practices with our Walmart team nationwide through closed social media groups and communication channels. Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store. Complete work within the provided timeframe. Follow detailed instructions closely to ensure first‑time success. Be at least 18 years of age. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Report work the same day you complete it. Required Tools Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
