We achieve this through providing thorough substance abuse and mental health assessments, individualized treatment, and family involvement. Outpatient and intensive outpatient therapy services are available for adults and levels of care for adolescents range from residential treatment through outpatient treatment.EducationMaster's level graduate degree (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health, or similar)(required)Registered Social Work or Mental Health Counselor Intern License (required)Essential ResponsibilitiesProvides evidenced-based individual, family, and group therapy to assigned patients following program curriculum provided by Clinical Director.Provide excellent individual, family and group therapy to assigned patients through use of evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, TFCBT, SFT, DBT etc.)Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA complianceMaintain all required licenses, certifications and professional liability insuranceFormulate both MH and SA disorder diagnosis using DSM-5Effectively uses therapeutic interventions to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plan goals and objectives to successfully complete treatmentEffectively prepare patient for maintaining sobriety post treatmentDemonstrates sufficient comprehension of Co-Occurring Disorders and effective treatment approachesEffectively uses therapeutic interventions to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans, goals, and objectives and successfully complete treatmentMaintain referent contact weekly or as required by Clinical DirectorConsistently identifies areas for improvement within the department by studying data and developing, implementing and documenting plans for improvement and outcomesMaintains positive and collaborative relationships with all staffParticipate effectively in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviewsMaintains healthy boundaries with patients and staffAsks for and accepts feedback from supervisorsProvides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patientsCommunicates significant patient developments to supervisorParticipates in Quality Improvement activities and contributes to the success of the organizationPursues professional development through participation in education and training programsContributes positively to the morale of other staffComplete all required documentation ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, state regulations, Joint Commission standards and Medical Needs Criteria.
