Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $39.64 - $59.46 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Coordinates and manages strategic projects that support Patient Access and Navigation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with operational teams and stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and success measures while supporting process improvement and operational excellence. Supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by partnering with departments and operational leaders to coordinate workflows, facilitate stakeholder communication, maintain project documentation, track milestones, manage risks and issues, and support timely project completion. Utilizes project management tools, methodologies, and reporting practices to monitor project progress, maintain accountability, communicate updates, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and project goals.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced patient and staff experiences while supporting sustainable workflows and measurable outcomes.
• Utilizes project management tools, methodologies, and reporting practices to monitor project progress, maintain accountability, communicate updates, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and project goals.
• Supports change management and program initiatives by assisting with implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, workflow adoption, and continuous improvement efforts aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of project management experience.
