About the Job This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliable driving skills, and the ability to manage deliveries efficiently across designated routes. Prior experience in freight delivery, load and unload operations, and route driving is highly desirable. Drive fully equipped 2023–2026 trucks with fridge, inverter, and more. 24/7 full support—we handle the details so you can focus on driving. Steady miles to keep you moving. Dedicated routes with guaranteed freight and no downtime. Paid detention and layover. Benefits Fuel card. Passenger ride‑along program. Pet rider program. Referral Bonus program. Clean Inspection Bonus. Must pass Drug & Road test. Must have at least 1 year verifiable experience. Job Summary Contract Driver (1099, Solo) Dry Van OTR $2,200 - $3,000 gross total weekly avg. pay
$0.65 - $0.7 CPM
3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week Dedicated, Line Haul, LTL No Driver Load/Unload Home Time 30 expected days out. You can stay out longer if you want to. Get 5 days of home time for every 30 days worked. No guaranteed weekends home. Orientation Details Orientation is not paid. Does not cover accommodation; drivers get their own room. Lunch is included. Does not cover any travel expenses. Hiring Requirements Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L, Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only. 12 months Tractor Trailer experience.
