Just good people working together to help hardworking customers stay safe on the job.What You'll DoCustomer Service & SalesServe as the primary point of contact for customers during scheduled shoe truck visitsHelp employees select safety footwear that meets company requirements and personal comfort needsDeliver an exceptional customer experience through relationship building and personalized serviceBuild trust with customers and strengthen long-term account relationshipsProcess transactions, collect required signatures, and complete customer purchases accuratelyAssist with exchanges, returns, and customer follow-up as neededRoute & Territory ManagementOperate a 26-foot mobile retail store to pre-scheduled fittings in your assigned regionManage daily Mobile Shoe Store visits to ensure outstanding customer service every timeCoordinate with account contacts and internal teams before, during and after customer visitsAccurately complete and maintain driving records and logs, including compliance with all DOT requirementsCommunicate scheduling conflicts to internal teams as neededSafely operate company vehicles in compliance with all federal, state and local regulationsInventory & Mobile Store OperationsStock and maintain inventory levels on the Mobile Shoe Store based on upcoming customer appointmentsSupport inventory management, merchandising and product presentation within the mobile showroomSet up and prepare the mobile store at customer locations, including safety and operational requirementsMonitor inventory accuracy and replenish stockAssist with shipping, receiving and warehouse activities when requiredWhat We're Looking ForExperience in customer service, route sales, outside sales, retail sales, field sales, account management or related customer-facing rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently and managing daily responsibilities with minimal supervisionExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to safely operate a 26-foot box truckValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to pass a DOT physical and drug screening (CDL not required)Ability to lift, carry, push or pull product as needed throughout the workdayCustomer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help othersBilingual (Spanish) skills are a plusTravel & ScheduleFull-time positionOvernight travel requiredAverage travel is 2–3 nights per week, depending on regionHotel accommodations and meal stipend provided during overnight travelSchedules are based on pre-assigned customer fittings and DOT hours of service regulationsCompensation & BenefitsGuaranteed first year minimum total compensation of $50,000.
