Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems, equipment, and machinery.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• 
  Performs routine inspections, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  
  



• 
  Addresses any facility-related issues that arise.
  
  



• 
  Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements

Mandatory:

• 
  High School Diploma.
  
  



• 
  Must have training certification and annual continuing education certificates in related field.
  
  



• 
  Must have EPA 608 Certification.
  
  



• 
  Must have active SECRET security clearance.
  
  



• 
  Must be able to read and write the English language.
  

Preferred:

• 
  Experience with Maximo.
