Data Product Manager

We're hiring a Data Product Manager. In this role, you'll define product vision, lead discovery sessions, translate user needs into technical requirements, and work hand in hand with engineers and solution architects to ship. You'll also own the KPIs, P&L forecasting, and adoption metrics. What the work actually looks like This isn't a coordination role. You'll be running workshops with business stakeholders, conducting user interviews, developing mockups, testing prototypes, and driving competitive analysis. You'll partner with engineering and solution architects to move from discovery insights to shipped features, and you'll communicate product status and strategy to stakeholders across the organization. What you'll be taking on Leading product discovery end-to-end, from design sessions to usability testing Translating complex data infrastructure into features that business stakeholders can actually use Managing a product roadmap that has to keep up with shifting enterprise priorities Owning performance reporting, budget management, and P&L forecasting at the product level Driving adoption across the organization through training, communication, and stakeholder alignment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field (a Master's is highly preferred) Hands-on technical background: data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, CI/CD workflows Experience with data visualization and reporting tools Strong user research and prototype testing skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergy Business Consulting, Inc.
