• 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am shifts available
• Census of 100 - 130 patients per day
• 10 - 15 admits per night -- sometimes up to 20
• Split among nocturnists and APPs
• APPs handle cross coverage -- nocturnist manages admissions or ICU
• Closed ICU
• Lines and intubation preferred -- no procedures required
• Nocturnist and APP split code and rapid response duties
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.]]><
