Job Position: Reach Truck Forklift Operator - Inventory & Receiving

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46241

Pay: $19.50/hour (Weekly Pay)

Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Looking for a forklift role with steady hours and a mix of warehouse work?

This position combines reach truck operation with inventory and receiving tasks in a structured warehouse environment. Ideal for candidates comfortable both on equipment and working with inventory systems.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a reach truck forklift to move and store materials
• Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
• Perform inventory tracking and data entry in system
• Handle returns and process items for final disposition
• Store high-value items in designated secure areas
• Ensure materials are put away correctly and on time

Must-Have Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years reach truck forklift experience
• Comfortable using computers (Outlook, Teams, basic data entry)
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with inventory systems
• Background in electronics or high-value product handling

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with inventory-focused work
• Mix of forklift operation and standing/walking tasks
• Accuracy and organization are critical
• May involve working with sensitive or high-value materials

Important:

This is not a forklift-only position .
You will be expected to operate equipment and complete inventory and computer-based tasks daily.
