We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, substantive mentorship, and a flexible work model with opportunities to work from one of our U.S. offices.
As you consider the next step after your PhD, we want you to feel supported, challenged, and excited about the career you can build here. Here is what you can expect from us:

- A welcoming, collegial culture where your ideas are valued, your questions are encouraged, and your contributions are recognized from the start.
- Personalized support as you move from doctoral research into consulting, including training, mentorship, peer coaching, frequent feedback, and opportunities to build confidence in your new role.
