About the Role

The Company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership for a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance executive capable of strengthening board-level reporting, delivering clear financial insights, and supporting informed decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting high-level financial reports, developing variance analysis, and building internal reporting tools. The CFO will also be involved in improving the reliability and automation of financial reporting, particularly in the context of budget-related reporting, and will contribute financial expertise in board and finance committee meetings. Applicants must have a demonstrated background in a senior finance leadership role, with a focus on non-profit accounting and financial management. The role requires a strong understanding of fund-based reporting, governance expectations, and experience with financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as is the ability to create and deliver financial presentations. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the confidence to work independently. Experience with financial management systems, particularly those used in non-profit organizations, is a plus.
