Temporary Enterprise Project Manager

Temporary Project ManagerCAPTRUST is seeking a Temporary Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while supporting firm wide initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of firm wide projects as well as collect, organize, and refine project requirementsMaintain the product backlog with user stories and defects and track project progress, milestones, and deliverablesMake timely decisions to keep projects on schedule and within scope and use analytical skills to identify and solve issues creativelyCommunicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and issuesConduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and help manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are metFacilitate the resolution of project-related issues, resolve conflicts and escalate when necessaryContribute to process improvement initiatives and identify areas for improving project management efficiencyQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience5+ years of applicable experienceDesired Qualifications/Skills:Experience in the investment industryAbility to handle multiple work streams and adapt to a constantly changing environmentKnowledge of Azure DevOpsQA/testing knowledgeDetail-oriented and highly organizedExceptional oral and written communication skillsAbility to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staffExperience with Agile methodologyUnderstanding of CRM applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an organized mannerHigh standard of professionalismOur colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
