Key Responsibilities
Manage pharmacotherapy for hematology, oncology, and BMT patients
Support autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant regimens
Work with CAR T-cell and BiTE therapies
Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical interventions
Develop and implement protocols, order sets, and guidelines
Provide patient counseling and education
Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement efforts
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and represent pharmacy in committees
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $64 – $83/hour (based on experience)
Weekend Differential: $1.50/hour
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
Active Nevada Pharmacist License required
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required
PGY2 Oncology and/or BMT Pharmacy Residency OR
Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology experience
Experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with collaborative practice agreements preferred
