Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist certification required
• Active, valid state license or eligibility to obtain
• Recent clinical experience in respiratory therapy preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver prescribed respiratory care therapies to patients with varying needs
• Evaluate therapy outcomes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Operate and troubleshoot ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and other respiratory equipment
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and wellness
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records according to facility protocols

$1,474 - $1,613/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
