About the Role:
Join Elices LLC as a Lead Teacher in Tacoma, WA, where you will inspire and guide young minds in a nurturing environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about fostering a love for learning and developing the next generation of leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Lead classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive learning community.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Facilitate communication between students, parents, and school administration.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Implement behavioral management strategies to promote positive student behavior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
- Valid teaching certification or license in Washington State.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and families.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
