• Competitive base salary of $36,000 with expected first year earnings of $65,000 - $85,000 through commission and bonus opportunities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing clients
• Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads from various sources
• Educate prospects on how insurance solutions can protect their families and assets
• Present and sell Allstate insurance products tailored to customer needs
• Foster strong customer relationships through transparency and follow-through
• Represent the agency with professionalism and a client-first attitude

• An Active Property and Casualty License is required
• Strong interest in a sales-focused career; previous insurance experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
• Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Passion for helping others and contributing to a team environment
