Go-to-Market Manager, Retail Media Network

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

Pricing, Rate Card & Yield Strategy

• Own development and optimization of Retail Media pricing strategies and rate cards.
• Establish pricing frameworks across onsite, offsite, in-store, sponsorship and emerging media products.
• Develop product packaging and bundled solutions that maximize advertiser value and revenue growth.
• Analyze inventory utilization, demand trends and sell-through rates to identify yield optimization opportunities.
• Recommend rate card adjustments, premium inventory offerings and seasonal pricing strategies.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization

• Lead GTM planning and commercialization of new Retail Media products and partnerships.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging and launch strategies.
• Partner with Product and Operations teams to ensure commercial readiness and successful launches.

Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Education

• Create and maintain pitch decks, product guides, FAQs, playbooks and rate cards.
• Lead Retail Media training programs across Sales, Marketing, Operations and partner teams.
• Serve as internal Retail Media subject matter expert.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as primary liaison across Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Operations.
• Drive alignment on commercialization priorities, launch timelines, and revenue objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum five to seven years of retail media experience, including pricing strategy and sales enablement.
• Must be able to adapt rapidly to changing environment, while managing multiple priorities to deliver on deadlines.
• Self-starter who is comfortable, building programs and defining ways or working
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with various levels of leadership.
