Applicants for the CTO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant technical experience, with a strong background in hands-on computer vision, fixed-camera video work, and a proven track record of taking a product from zero to production. The role demands a leader with experience in edge or on-premise inference deployment, model adaptation, and fine-tuning, as well as a history of operating in a startup or early-stage environment.
