Full-Time (30+ hours): $2,500 sign-on bonus

Part-Time: $1,000 sign-on bonus

Bonus Payout Structure Full-Time (30+ hours) – $2,500

$500 after 90 days

$1,000 after 12 months

$1,000 after 18 months

Part-Time – $1,000

$250 after 90 days

$350 after 12 months
